LOGAN AVE DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO
  2 SINGLE HOMES + 2 ADU ON TOP OF NEW 2 CAR GARAGE 

 The project is located on Logan Avenue in downtown and encompasses three lots. On each lot, there is an existing 100-year-old house, and the center lot is currently vacant. To maximize the use of the center lot, we decided to split it and allocate half to each neighboring house. As a result, we are planning to demolish the old houses and construct new homes on each of the three lots.

The new homes have been designed in a modern farmhouse-style, while still preserving the original atmosphere and charm of the houses.
