The first floor of this architectural design encompasses a versatile workshop space that has been intelligently planned for future conversion into a one-car garage and a 500 sq. ft. JADU (Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit) above it. The primary objective is to capitalize on the stunning view offered by the site.
